Julia Harrison, CEPA

Julia has a track record of success in the business world that includes building her own business within the healthcare industry from a new enterprise to having a 2-year waiting list prior to her exit. Julia is a former registered nurse and has used her extensive expertise to shape MedPro Business Advisors into a leading force in the medical and healthcare related business brokerage field.

Julia utilizes her comprehensive understanding of the industry to provide sellers with an unrivaled level of support that helps to position their business for sale upon the best possible terms. Her unique understanding of the market has led to numerous successful sales.

She is a member of the Business Brokers of Florida and the International Business Brokers Association, and is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).

Simon Harrison, MCBI, CM&AP, CEPA, FMVA

Simon is a Master Certified Business Intermediary with over 8 years of experience. Prior to his current role, Simon spent several years in Senior Management roles and as a self-employed business owner.

He has been involved in deals across a range of industries and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Simon has won multiple awards within the business brokerage industry, including the Business Brokers of Florida ‘Million Dollar Plus Award’ and the International Business Brokers Association ‘Outstanding Producer Award’.

Simon provides consultancy services to business owners looking to prepare for exit in future years, helping them to maximize the value of their business when it comes time to sell.
